The NHS App is a new way for patients to connect to the surgery and other NHS services. For example, you can:
- A-Z symptom checker
- Find out what to do when you need help urgently
- Book and manage appointments at your GP surgery
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Manage your pharmacy nomination
- Securely view your GP medical record
- Review your organ donor decision
- Choose how the NHS uses your data

You can contact us about a medical, administrative or prescription issue by clicking HERE.

Answer a few short questions and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during office hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will not be read Monday-Friday between the hours of 1800 - 0900. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.
Patient Access

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- Book and cancel appointments
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Manage your pharmacy nomination
- Get health advice leaflets and videos
- View your GP medical record

How to sign-up
You will need a unique ID and password to create an account. Please speak to a member of our reception team next time you are visiting the surgery and they can provide you with this. You will be asked for proof of identity, i.e. a passport, driving licence or proof of address.
