The NHS App is a new way for patients to connect to the surgery and other NHS services. For example, you can:

You can submit a medical, administrative or prescription issue query using the above link. Your query will be sent directly to the surgery and will be read and actioned by a member of the team.


Patient Access

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • Book and cancel appointments
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Manage your pharmacy nomination
  • Get health advice leaflets and videos
  • View your GP medical record

Patient access have enabled a new feature which makes it easier for patients to view their COVID-19 vaccination record from the home screen on the Patient Access app. This new feature will automatically be visible if you have access to your immunisations on Patient Access. Please speak to one of our receptionists if you do not have this feature enabled and would like to do so.

How to sign-up

You will need a unique ID and password to create an account. Please speak to a member of our reception team next time you are visiting the surgery and they can provide you with this. You will be asked for proof of identity, i.e. a passport, driving licence or proof of address.
