Lyngford Park Surgery

Patient Participation, 2014/15 report

Group Profile and Representation

The surgery has a patient reference group (PRG)  made up of patients who have volunteered to be involved in key issues about the surgery. There are 4 members, 3 male and 1 female ranging in age from 50 – 80 years old.  All these core members are regular users of the surgery. The group has a chair and a deputy chair and meet every 12 weeks.

In order to engage other patient groups, the PRG has recently initiated a ‘friends of Lyngford Park Surgery’ scheme as an email group. If you would like to join this, then please send an email marked Patient email group with your name and email address and we will include you in our next survey or newsletter.
